In 2009-2010 the specifications for the production of pHEMT-type GaAs epitaxial structures and DHFET-type AlGaN epitaxial structures were developed and approved.

The company provides services on wafer thinning, creation of ohmic contacts for epitaxial structures, separation of sapphire substrates into crystals, metallization process, heat treatment of semiconductor wafers, photolithography, plasma chemical etching of films.
