The Russian Export Center (REC) on Thursday launched a "Single Window" information system for exporters.

Live broadcasting was carried out on the websites of REC and TASS news agency. Speakers and entrepreneurs from Russia told about the results of a month-long testing of "Single Window". At the same time, viewers could ask questions they were interested in.

In the "Single Window" system the entrepreneurs can access online services that will help them to make export easier.

At first, exporters will have access to the most popular services. For example, confirmation of zero rate of value added tax, processing of subsidies and customs declarations. Another 20 services are to appear in 2021.

The exporter can request the full list of services and functions of public authorities, including controlling bodies, RECs and other organizations whose related to exports via personal account. The new system reduces labor costs and the number of paper documents.

Besides, the "Single Window" system will allow entrepreneurs to export their products via personal account. They will be able to send applications for services 24/7. Also it will provide the access to analytics and qualified support of experts in various aspects.

The development of such a system, together with RECs, was carried out by the relevant agencies, authorities and business associations. The development of this system is a part of the International Cooperation and Export nation project.
