Seven enterprises from the Belgorod, Smolensk, Yaroslavl and Chelyabinsk regions, the Crimea, Udmurtia and Tatarstan will receive loans totalling almost 860 million roubles. At the same time, the project implementation budget will exceed two billion roubles.

For example, Desnogorsk Polymer Plant, which is located in the Smolensk region, thanks to the credit of 155 million rubles will begin production of nine-layer barrier film for products.

Today, according to the company, almost 40% of the food film in Russia is imported. After launching the new production this figure will decrease by 6%.

On the loan the plant will buy new equipment, which will use as raw materials domestic polyamides. Due to this, localization of film production will reach 95%, and a modern line will reduce consumption of raw materials by 10%.

The film will be made by blown coextrusion technology in two forms. The first is a coated film for sealing trays. The second type will be made as a flow pack, which is used to store piecemeal meat and dairy products.

In addition, the company will establish the production of film with reclosed technology, which implies multiple use. The film will protect from moisture accumulation on the packaged goods in case of abrupt temperature change.
