Novgorod-based automotive trailer manufacturer Meusburger Novtrak has unveiled a 50-cbm timber trailer. According to the developer, this unique model is designed to work in a road train, which transports up to 130 cubic meters of timber in one trip.

The manufacturer had a task to make a customer five-axle trailer, which could pull another trailer of the same kind.

The new technique is able to haul twice as much timber as the previous hitch. According to the company representative Alexander Fedorov the trailer has no analogues in Russia.

It is equipped with telescopic stakes that can extend up to three meters. One leg can support a load up to 10 tons.
