The company was founded in 2004. Today "TermoExpressControl" produces software and technological equipment used to measure parameters of technical fluids in working equipment, such as transformer oils, hydraulic fluids, fuel, etc.

The company's director Viktor Safonov, project manager Alexander Starostin have scientific degrees of Candidates of Physics and Mathematics, and project manager Pavel Skripov has a scientific degree of Doctor of Physics and Mathematics. The scientific competence of the employees is confirmed by numerous patents and licenses, as well as the certificate of conformity issued by the Federal Agency. The company is a subsidiary of ComputerEnergoService.

The list of scientific and technical developments of the company, which are used in production to control the quality of technical fluids, includes moisture meter of technical oils VMTI-118 (designed for automatic measurement of the mass fraction of water in turbine and transformer oils), the maximum current protection of the transformer DMTZ-Sh (designed to reserve the protection of the power transformer), the emergency event recorder BRIZ (designed for the current control of electrical signals and recording of their characteristics).
