Roman Nikolaevich Petchenko - PhD in law, before the company was founded he worked in various fields - trade, construction, logistics. At the age of 26 he was deeply involved in the issues of healthy lifestyle, meditation (he helped in the construction of a meditation center in the Moscow region), more than 14 years he was a vegetarian and a cheese-bearing man. The main idea of creating the company was to make the right business that would benefit people and relate to internal principles in food. The idea was to create a useful dessert for everyone and to bring the level of Russian manufacture and products to the international level, to open and establish export.

Maria Petchenko graduated from the Faculty of Graphic Arts of the Moscow State University of Printing Arts. At the age of 24 she opened her own design agency and acquired skills in marketing, branding, graphic, product and web design. When she was 24 years old Maria began to study and practice a healthy lifestyle, vegetarianism, various practices of meditation and improvement. Together with Roman, they managed to make common dreams come true: a delicious, healthy, beautiful and natural product appeared on the market in Russia and became a new word in the world of honey.

Maria and Roman were the first entrepreneurs in Russia who invented and started producing honey-soufflé. Today, similar products are produced by many different manufacturers. However, Peroni remains a pioneer in this sector: today, honey-soufflés are gladly bought and tasted not only by residents of Russia, but also by 20 countries where the products are currently supplied.
