Ryazan agro-industrial complex "Rus" was the first in the region to start implementing a robotic system for harvesting based on artificial intelligence developed in Russia.

Now the area of the company's agricultural land exceeds 10 thousand hectares. The holding produces milk, meat, grain and honey.

The new equipment is planned to be used during wheat and barley harvesting. Due to the use of smart technology the harvesting time and fuel consumption will be reduced, whilst at the same time increasing the combine operator's daily output and reducing the direct loss of crops.

According to the test results of Cognitive Agro Pilot system, the system proved its efficiency and helped to reduce the payback period.

One of the main objectives of the technology is to make harvesting more efficient and at the same time to remove the tasks of traffic control from the combine harvester.
